7 autumnal superfoods that make you feel good

As the cold weather takes over, we’re all tucking into cozy, comfort food. But chances are, we’re also reaching for junk food and processed foods, too. Yes, they taste great, but they’re not really going to keep you healthy, beautiful and glowing. To balance it all out, be sure you add superfoods to your plate, too. They’ll help you feel great, look amaze and stay in tip top shape.

What is a superfood? They’re nutrient dense foods that are absolutely packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants – all of which help to boost health, prevent aging and stave off chronic disease.
