Now, just because this recipe is vegan-friendly doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy this amazing dessert, too. In fact, anyone who tries this No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie just once will be hooked for life. It’s both decadent and healthy, perfect for when you need a guilt-free treat. All you need is a little time and a big appetite to turn this dreamy treat into an after-dinner reality.

This peanut butter cup pie comes with a short ingredient list. The main players being cocoa powder, maple syrup and coconut oil. Cocoa powder is great for cardiovascular health, maple syrup is a healthy sugar substitute and coconut oil actually helps to promote weight loss.

It’s already sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

The crust is made with almond meal, cocoa powder, maple syrup and coconut oil. And all you really need to do is mix these ingredients together and firmly pat the mixture into your pie dish before setting it aside.

While your crust waits, you make a peanut butter filling using (you guessed it!) peanut butter, along with water, coconut oil, maple syrup and a bit of salt. When everything is blended into a smooth, glorious mixture, pour it into your prepared crust and set it in the freezer for four to six hours.

Before serving, whip up a ganache topping with coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder. This gets drizzled over the pie for a show-stopping treat.

Make sure you add these tasty ingredients to your new shopping list so that you can enjoy this peanut butter, chocolate-y goodness ASAP.
