It’s easy to think that supermodel bodies are just edited and photoshopped, but when it comes to one of today’s leading ladies, Gigi Hadid, one thing’s for sure: she works hard for her money. Her weight-free workout is quick, but it will give you the intense and effective workout you’re looking for. 

Gigi Hadid is a lady on the move, so her workout has to move with her. Her trainer, Rob Piela, has created a routine she can do just about anywhere – and all without any equipment.

It’s made up of a warm-up sequence you do twice. This is followed by the workout routine which you do twice, too. Then, you finish up with a cardio and core workout that you do one time through.

Gigi Hadid’s weight-free workout

Warm-up (do this twice):

  • Jumping jacks: 25 reps
  • High knees: 25 reps
  • Bodyweight squats: 10 reps
  • Alternating forward lunges: 20 reps

Workout (do this twice):

  • Push-ups: 10 reps
  • Tricep dips: 10 reps
  • Sit-ups: 10 reps
  • Wall sits: 30 seconds
  • Squat jumps 15 reps
  • Single-leg calf raises: 15 reps

Cardio and core workout (do each move for 30 seconds and do the entire set once):

  • Mountain climbers
  • Burpees 
  • Plank
  • V-ups
