Get amazing results from 15 minute workouts

The last thing on many minds right now is fitness and exercise. But making time for a quick 15 minute workout can boost both mental health and physical health. Not to mention, boost your immunity.

Most of us operate from the belief that you have to hustle to achieve anything. And we apply this mindset to fitness, too. If it’s not a proper bootcamp, it doesn’t count.

But researchers are here to say that’s not how it works. In fact, depending on the exercise moves you do and the intensity of your workout, exercising for just 10 minutes – yes, 10 minutes only – has the same affects as a 50 minute session, according to this study.

In short, if you’re short on time, you can still get fit -and fast!

That’s not the only perk to short workouts. Another study found that you actually burn more calories doing high intensity interval training (HIIT) for 13 minutes than you do in a 40 minute cardio session.

So, the question is: why wouldn’t you try a 15 minute fitness routine?

Since 15 minute fitness routines are pretty short, the key to getting amazing results is to push yourself through the entire workout. So, brace yourself: those 15 minutes are going to be one heck of a ride. But, after it’s all said and done, you’re done.

What’s more, you give your body a super effective workout that will have you burning calories well after it’s done.
