Kim Kardashian shares pictures of her children pretty regularly on social media, but she’s never gotten all three together for a family picture. On Wednesday, she surprised fans with the first-ever picture of her family of five on Instagram.
In the photo, Kim shows off her figure in a champagne-colored body-con dress. Husband, Kanye West, stands beside her, wearing a white button up shirt, with black pants and kicks. Her oldest daughter, North, stands in front of her father, smiling, while wearing a stylish black top with feather detailing, black pants, and a red embroidered jacket.

Kim’s son, Saint, stands in front of Kim – a strategic move. As Kim shared on Twitter (@KimKardashian), “One hand holding the baby and the other hand grabbing the back of Saints shirt because he ket running away lol.”
Saint wears a similar outfit and expression to his father, wearing black pants and shoes, along with a cool white button up top. He looks intently to the side. As for the newest addition to the family – daughter, Chicago – she’s sleeping peacefully in Kim’s arms.
It looks like the perfect family picture, but Kim’s Instagram caption says it all (@kimkardashian), “I don’t think you really understand how hard it is to take a good family pic. This was all we got before all three kids started crying. I think I cried too.”
This is the first family photo to include daughter, Chicago, who was born via a surrogate in January. A decision Kim made after doctors warned the celebrity that becoming pregnant again could pose serious health risks.
